Regional Technical Account Director
Up to £90k + £5k Car Allowance + 20% bonus

My client are a globally recognised engineering specialist, and they're on the look-out for a Regional Account Director to oversee a £10m contract, ideally based within an hours commute from Milton Keynes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain overall responsibility for designated contract, focusing the management team and staff on key priorities which will ultimately lead to goal achievement and client satisfaction
• Ensures that labour resources and core competencies are in place to meet the requirements of contract in the most cost effective manner
• Develop an annual budget and operating plan consistent with the commercial targets and thresholds of the client/contract and achieve profitability goals and business forecasts
• Develop, implement and monitor standards and priorities for service delivery and KPI s
• Regularly Audit operational effectiveness and makes changes to improve performance. Ensure that contractual obligations are met and customer satisfaction is achieved
• Develop and maintain effective customer relationships. Gather data on job requirements and customer expectations to use and share as appropriate
• Implementation of operational strategies as defined by Branch Service Manager/Branch Manager
• Drive innovation into the way accounts are managed, focusing particularly on technology & client added value
• Coach and develop all direct reports and ensure that meaningful and objective reviews and appraisals take place
• Ensure that direct reports have the skills to coach and develop their staff and that they have an understanding of the benefits of objective appraisals and reviews
• Reviewing and proactively establishing required procedures and training personnel to consistently meet and exceed the financial and performance expectations of the client in a safe and cost-effective manner.
