Spectrum Search is partnering with an innovative online application that revolutionises insurance claims processing by integrating intelligent data, workflows enhanced with legal expertise, machine learning, and natural language processing. We're at the cutting edge of technology, insurance, and law, and we need an experienced Technical Service Delivery Manager to join our team!

The Role:

As a Technical Service Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing client-facing services within an Azure environment. You won't be building or designing Azure assets but will focus on managing the services and ensuring their smooth delivery. Your role will involve:

?? Measuring, reporting, and improving performance metrics across platforms, applications, and services.

?? Managing policies and processes that support our Information Security Strategy.

??? Contributing to the ongoing implementation of Security Architecture.

?? Responding to client RFIs and participating in security audits.

?? Collaborating with Product Managers/Owners to ensure top-tier product and service delivery.

?? Documenting solutions, processes, and performance metrics to support SLAs.

?? Maintaining a high level of technical understanding through diagramming and documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

?? 3+ years in a Service Delivery role focused on client-facing Azure services.

? Familiarity with ITIL concepts, ideally with certification.

?? Experience with APM and SLA reporting.

?? Proficiency with Azure Security Centre/Microsoft Defender for Cloud.

?? Experience in managing technical and security audits.

?? Ability to write PowerShell scripts to manage Azure assets and query the Azure REST API.

Location:

This role offers flexibility, with a base in either London or Chelmsford and the option to work from other locations or remotely.
