Due to continued expansion, we're seeking a seasoned Project Engineering Leader to guide our global teams towards unparalleled success.

The Role: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Engineering Leader to take charge of our international teams of Project Engineering Managers. In this pivotal role, you will lead, inspire, and drive the execution of complex HVDC projects from concept through to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of world-class engineering solutions, maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance across all projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a global team of Project Engineering Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of HVDC projects, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Act as the key interface between engineering teams, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project goals.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies to enhance project delivery and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge engineering solutions that set new benchmarks in the HVDC sector

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in project engineering, with a strong track record of leading teams in the delivery of large-scale projects globally.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, with a focus on achieving operational excellence.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across different geographies and cultures.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• An understanding of HVDC technology and its application in modern energy systems is an advantage.
• Relevant engineering degree; advanced qualifications in project management or engineering leadership are a plus
