Job Requirements/Description
  • territory is the UK, office based role in South Manchester office everyday
  • hybrid role combining pre-sales, technical account management and level 3 support
  • operate as key liaison point with Developers in enterprise accounts
  • work closely with customer success and product management
  • product suite is penetration testing, vulnerability assessment and web security testing
  • ensure that clients get the maximum benefit from product trials
  • investigate bug reports
  • report to the Director of Technical Support


  • degree in in either computer science, IT or a technical / scientific discipline
  • previous experience in either pre-sales or technical support within the software industry
  • experience of cyber security is highly desirable
  • commutable each day to a South Manchester office
  • patient, methodical and tenacious
