We are hiring for Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership within the Identity Governance and Administration project.

This project will deliver:
- The selection of an appropriate IGA application
- Selection of an implementation partner and Quality Assurance of their delivery
- The configuration and integration of the IGA application so as to be able to provide “Birth Right” access to all new starters.
As part of the ‘Core Project Team’ the Consultant will be responsible for ensuring appropriate designs and technologies are used, and that functional / non-functional requirements are being met.
The Consultant will be responsible for quality assurance of partner’s technical artefacts and making sure the Bank’s IT architecture vision is being met. They will have oversight of technical governance and delivery within the project.
Activities and Deliverables
Activities and deliverables include, but are not limited to:-
- Requirements, analysis, design, policy and decision papers.
- Project requirements and rationalisation
- Work effectively across multiple cross-functional teams and contexts, responding to their differing needs and levels of expertise, in an agile delivery model.
- Architect governance and oversight of project deliveries.
- Participate in public procurement activities.
- Assessments and review of partner’s technical artefacts.
- Update and maintain EBRD’s EA tool in relation to the project change scope
Experience
Essential
- Extensive, deep experience in design and implementation of either SailPoint or Saviynt IGA cloud-based technologies for 2-5 years. Candidates without this will not be considered.
- Strong knowledge of IdAM technologies generally, most especially interaction with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, (formally Azure Active Directory), ServiceNow, SAP HR, Beyond Trust Password Vault.
- Good understanding of the wider technologies and challenges involved in IGA and related application integration and JML automation.
- Server, platform and Infrastructure services deployment experience.
- Technical vendor relationship and management oversight experience.
- Technical artefact creation and Exec-Level presentations.
- Technical requirements writing and steer on business analysis.
- Advanced business and technical English, written and spoken.
Desirable
- Working in multi-country, multi-cultural, organization.
- Working on multi-million pound investment programmes.
- Appropriate qualifications/certifications within the IdAM sector.
- Work experience in the finance/banking sector
