About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Coordinator to join a leading residential development company. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the technical aspects of multiple residential development projects, ensuring the seamless integration of various construction packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate technical aspects of residential development projects from inception to completion.
• Package Management: Oversee the technical execution of various construction packages, ensuring all components meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant building regulations, codes, and standards.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent information flow.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in a technical coordination role within the residential development sector.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and technical specifications.
• Skills: Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Qualifications: Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture) is desirable.
• Travel: Willingness to travel within the London Area for future projects.
