Salesforce Technical Architect (6-Month Contract)
About the Role: As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing a global Salesforce solution, specifically focusing on the Energy and Utilities Cloud. Your expertise will help streamline business processes, improve customer interactions, and guide our development team in maximising Salesforce technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement the Energy and Utilities Cloud to optimise business processes and elevate customer experiences within the energy sector.
- Define and shape the architecture of a global Salesforce solution in close collaboration with fellow architects.
- Lead the integration of external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and robust API integrations across multiple platforms.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping to establish a strategic architectural roadmap that aligns with the client’s objectives.
- Translate complex business and technology requirements into functional and cost-effective solutions.
- Apply your deep understanding of the energy and utilities industry, covering areas like customer data management, billing, metering, demand response, and regulatory compliance.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in Salesforce (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud) enterprise integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce Lightning platform.
- Hands-on expertise with OmniStudio, including DataRaptor, FlexCards, Omniscript, SFIDX, and Integration Procedures.
- Preferably, hold Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce OmniStudio Developer, Industries CPQ Developer, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 6 months (potential for extension)
- Location: 2 days a week in Bristol
- Day Rate: Up to £600 Per Day
- Start Date: ASAP
