This is a great opportunity to work with a leading main contractor who operate in the residential sector focusing on large residential and mix-use schemes in West London, delivering both high and mid rise apartment blocks

About the role of Technical Coordinator

This is an excellent opportunity for a delivery focused Architectural or Engineering professional to join a market leading business and work a large regeneration scheme in West London. The overall scheme comprises of circa 2500, which will be delivered over various phases. The current phase which is due to start on site later this year will consist of 330 R/C frame units.

Requirements for the Technical Coordinator role

• Experience working with an Architectural or Engineering consultancy.
• Experience delivering residential projects
• Experience with R/C frame projects
• Relevant qualifications
