About You:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a software development environment.
- Strong background in software engineering with hands-on experience in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and manage complex technical projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
