We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to work on an exciting new opportunity in technical documentation, delivering the full suite of AESP publications for armored land vehicles. Together with the Project Manager, and the rest of the technical publications team, you will use your technical and industry expertise, documentation experience and subject matter knowledge to ensure successful delivery of tasks aligned to the project and customer specifications.
What You Will Do:
- Manage the customer and internal technical relationships.
- Act as the operational and day-to-day technical expert and key point of contact.
- Scope and define tasks ready for production by the operational teams.
- Monitor deliverables to ensure quality and project KPIs are successfully met.
- Review project schedules to support successful and accurate delivery to key milestones.
- Develop process, training, and production methods, successfully deploying within the organisation to support efficiency gains.
- Work directly with the PM to create development strategies to ensure continuity of capability within the organisation to support the project and services.
- Work with and support the wider organisation to understand customer needs and develop solutions for new business opportunities.
- Review technology and software solutions to support automation and enhance offerings for our customers.
