Days: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Nights: 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Supervisor to join our team in Westminster, Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineering professional to oversee and manage a team responsible for maintaining critical systems within a high-profile site. The position offers the potential for a permanent role following an initial temporary period.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and supervise the engineering team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
System Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of mechanical and electrical systems within the facility.
Compliance: Ensure that all engineering activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Problem Solving: Quickly and effectively address any issues that arise with critical systems to minimize downtime.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records, including maintenance logs, safety reports, and team performance metrics.
Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring that all expectations are met or exceeded.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process and operational improvements.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
HVAP Certification: Must currently hold or have previously held an HVAP (High Voltage Authorized Person) certificate.
Supervisory Experience: Proven track record in managing and supervising an engineering team in a similar environment.

Desirable Experience:
Critical Sites: Experience working on critical sites, such as hospitals, schools, universities, or data centres, is highly desirable.
