Technical Coordinator

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting in the coordination and delivery of technical aspects for both traditional build homes and high-rise developments.
• Working closely with architects, consultants, and engineers to ensure design solutions are accurate, efficient, and cost-effective.
• Managing the technical approval process, including building regulations, warranties, and planning conditions.
• Reviewing and managing technical documentation, ensuring compliance with design standards and regulations.
• Providing on-site technical support and guidance to the construction team.
• Liaising with local authorities and utility companies to ensure smooth project progression.
• Supporting the project team with technical problem-solving and offering innovative solutions.
