Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Location: Huddersfield Area (Hybrid) - Semi Remote

Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 DOE (+ Generous Bonus!)

This company is within renewable energy products. We will consider anyone from graduate level to senior tech support within solar or electric car products.

Key responsibilities

- Telephone and digital support for customers consisting of design advice, planning and troubleshooting

- Ongoing development of product and industry knowledge

- Liaise with internal teams

- Gain company and industry knowledge to support your own personal growth to achieve progression

Profile

- Strong electrical background or renewable product experience (Solar would be an Advantage)
