Tech Lead – Health Tech

What will you be doing?

As a Tech Lead, you will take full technical ownership of the company’s flagship products. Collaborating closely with your squad (Product Manager and 3-4 Devs) to drive the development of innovative solutions, including a new mobile app for service users and advanced data analytics dashboards. You’ll have lots of ownership and technical direction in this role, they’d love to take any ideas you have on board!

Your role will involve both hands-on coding (around 65% of your time) and the other 35% will be spent mentoring and leading a team of junior to mid-level developers. No stress if you don’t have a huge amount of managerial/lead experience, they’re happy to train you on this.

About you?

You’re an experienced engineer with at least 5 years of professional experience, proficient in the JavaScript stack (React, Node, TypeScript). If you lean more towards the backend (Node) then that would be a plus. Your background includes:

• Some mentoring experience
• AWS and DevOps experience would be beneficial but not essential.
• Prior work on SaaS products, ideally in a B2B setting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate complex data environments.
• A background in MedTech or Health-tech is a plus.
