The Performance, Reliability and Optimisation (PRO) Team at Natural Power are an essential part of the Natural Power portfolio of services. We provide a full package of support throughout the entire renewable asset lifecycle. Data and knowledge are central to understanding effective and efficient wind farm operations. The application of PRO approaches bridges the gap between budgetary expectation, turbine knowledge, site wind knowledge and operational intelligence. PRO approaches are allowing all aspects of operational plant to be investigated leading to better a better understanding of individual sites and portfolio level operations. 

We are looking for a Wind Reliability Engineer to join our team!

The purpose of this role is to support the development and delivery of performance-based reliability and performance analysis services, mainly focused around Condition Monitoring Systems. These services integrate and utilize data from our existing Operations and Maintenance systems. Reliability Engineers provide engineering expertise to the Operations and Asset Management Department, with the aim of maximising generation and profit for the asset owners and Natural Power by ensuring the efficient operation of wind farms.

The role will provide the opportunity to learn from and support the site asset management team and gain an overall understanding of physical wind turbine components, damage detection and root cause analysis with an overall goal of development towards supporting the PRO team in delivery of a cost-effective predictive maintenance program.
