THE TECHNICAL PRE-SALES CONSULTANT ROLE

As a Technical Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their technical and business requirements. You will design tailored IT solutions, produce detailed documentation and proposals, and work closely with the project delivery team to ensure successful implementation. Your role will also involve delivering technical presentations and providing specialist support across a range of technologies, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth.

TECHNICAL PRE-SALES CONSULTANT ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Expertise in MS 365 and Azure, particularly in security, Endpoint Manager, and server management.
• Proficiency in virtualisation technologies such as VMWare vSphere and Hyper-V.
• Strong experience with SAN storage solutions, including HP MSA/Nimble and Dell MD.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange Server.
• Competence in SQL Server, dynamic routing, dynamic VLANs, enterprise-grade Wi-Fi, and next-gen firewalls.
• Understanding of communication networks, including Lease Line, Radio, and FTTP.
