Technical Support Analyst

We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Support Analyst to help provide technical support across an entire IT estate, for a company that are morally green and looking to make an impact on the world in a big way.
Some of the main responsibilities are:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues reported
- Collaborate with other IT teams, such as infrastructure, business applications and the data team to resolve complex technical issues and ensure smooth delivery.
- Document all support activities, including incident details, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions, in the ticketing system
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles and support documentation, adopting ITIL processes and procedures
The successful applicant will have experience in the below;
- 3+ years as 3rd Line/Infrastructure Engineering.
- 3 years’ significant experience in a 2nd or 3rd line technical support role.
- Significant experience of working with Windows, macOS and Android, Microsoft Intune, Azure and O365.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explaining technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
