Are you ready to take on a dynamic leadership role with one of the fastest-growing online casinos in the industry? We are seeking a Head of Engineering to join our team and help drive the strategic growth and technical direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage an engineering function of approximately 30 people, with four direct reports.
• Shape the strategy, growth plans, and technical architecture of the business.
• Mentor, hire, and guide the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Play a critical role in scaling the engineering department to meet the demands of a rapidly growing business.

Requirements:

• Previous hands-on experience with Java or Kotlin is a bonus, but not essential. We welcome candidates from other technical backgrounds.
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams and scaling a function.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.

Location: Hertfordshire, with a requirement to be in the office two/three days a week.

Package: Competitive salary around £140K base, plus bonus and additional benefits.
