The Client
Datacenter People is working with a specialist investment and advisory firm that partners with the leading hyperscale and colocation giants of the data center industry.
This role has a unique scope covering design, consultancy, investment, development, land acquisition, power procurement, energy and sustainability, and feasibility studies.
- Manage and deliver work packages in multiple concurrent projects, either in the UK or internationally
- identify the scope, design and management objectives and deliver project documentation, ensuring the quality and flow of information required for contractors, vendors and regulatory authorities
- Plan, organise, manage and manage work packages to include technical specifications, reports, calculations and drawings/models appropriate to the relevant level of detail
- Assist the project manager in the preparation / review of project costs, risk assessments and progress monitoring
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships ensuring continuous technical professional development; Review contractor pre-qualifications and prepared tender evaluation summaries for tender reviews.
