Working hours: Monday to Friday, 45 Hours, No Saturdays - full time, permanent position

We are currently recruiting for Dedicated Technical Trainer for our clients Motorcycle site based in the Woking area. This is a superb opportunity for a Technical Trainer to work for a well-established company & brand. This role suits a Technical Trainer looking for a long-term position.

Role:

• Develop and deliver engaging training programs
• Present the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Utilize your technical expertise to provide hands-on training and support to staff.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements
• Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements

Requirements:

• Proven technical experience, ideally with scooters, motorcycles, or cars.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage and inspire others.
• Previous experience in training or development is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
