About the Role:

• Position: Technical Operator
• Location: Bradford
• Salary: Up to £46,500
• Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts across a 36-hour week, including night shifts

What You ll Be Doing:

• Operate and maintain high-tech machinery and equipment as a Technical Operator to ensure smooth and efficient production
• Monitor production processes, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise
• Conduct regular equipment checks and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Work closely with a team to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality regulations throughout all operations

What We re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Operator in an FMCG or food manufacturing environment
• Skills: Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting advanced machinery and technology
• Qualifications: Apprentice trained and qualified to a Level 3 or above in mechanical engineering
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, high-tech environment
