Currently recruiting for a Technical Coordinator in the West Midlands for a market leading residential house builder.

The Technical Coordinator will join the team and be working on large projects typically consisting of between (Apply online only)+ units across the Midlands

Reporting to the Technical Director, your role will include overseeing all section agreement approvals, overseeing and coordinating up to 6 sites at different stages from planning to completion, as well as liaising with external consultants throughout each stage of the project.

The ideal candidate will have experience working directly for or alongside a developer, have good knowledge of engineering processes and have a stable track record of employment.

Must haves :

  • Architectural Technologist background
  • BTEC HND/HNC in Design, Construction or equivalent
  • Extensive experience working within a technical role at a residential house builder or consultancy.
  • Good level of IT literacy with experience of AutoCAD, Revit, Outlook, Excel & Word,



Desirable :

  • Further education, i.e. MCIAT/MCIOB
  • CSCS card qualification
  • Use of Viewpoint drawing management system.
  • Management of technical fees and services cost to complete.
  • Continued professional development and keeping up to date with changes within the industry.
