They need you coach, mentor and create career development plans to help further their skills and capabilities - Leadership is your superpower.

Meanwhile, you'll also undertake demand and capacity analysis across this large department so they can absorb greater productivity, more complex testing and be better placed to develop their expertise

A background in managing technical people is vital as is a knowledge in driving change, Continuous Improvement, budget reviews and cost controls
