Engineering Infrastructure Asset Manager York, Leeds, or Manchester Hybrid working Up to around £70,000
The Opportunity:
The Civils & Infrastructure Team at Ford & Stanley Recruitment are proud to be working with one of the UK's leading Train Operating Companies, to source an experienced Asset/Facilities Management specialist to look after their key Engineering sites across their Northern region.
The Engineering Infrastructure Asset Manager will have 4 direct reports looking after 32 engineering sites, split regionally, each with their own portfolio of depots and outstations to look after. The largest of these sites are complex engineering environments, with up to 400 employed and subcontracted staff.
They are looking for someone to look after the day-to-day operational management of these sites, create and manage their overarching asset & compliance strategy, and influence key stakeholders to continue to positively transform the way asset management works within the organisation.
This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Engineering/Facilities/Asset Manager to step into a position of significant influence, in a role that will offer a high level of autonomy, and excellent future career progression prospects. Location / Working Patterns:
Hybrid working (2-3 days WFH), primarily based out of their nearest office location (York, Leeds, or Manchester)

4. HND/HNC qualified in a relevant discipline or disciplines e.g., Facilities Management, Engineering. Essential
