About the role:

As Technical Services Manager, you will be working on 2 high end £10m apartmners in central London. You will be based between my clients offices in Islington & on-site with projects in central London. You will work closely with the Senior Technical Services Manager. You responsabilites will include providing technical services support across all aspect of the project from Pre-tender through to testing, commissioning, demonstrations, handovers and practical completion. You will lead by example and take full ownership of the MEP packages and work closely with the Project/Contracts Manager.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience managing MEP subcontractors.
• degree qualification in engineering and a member of a professional body such as CIBSE or the IET. ts.
• Able to commute to North London
