Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple project teams, ensuring projects meet specification, quality, and budget targets.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align projects with strategic business objectives.
• Develop and implement project plans that prioritise business outcomes.
• Maintain strict adherence to project schedules and design objectives.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring proactive management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and develop project team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met across all projects.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Construction Management, preferably in Power Utilities or regulated industries such as Water, Gas, Communications, or Transport.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
• Competent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A proactive attitude, excellent work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional customer service.
