Technical Coordinator, Essex
Our client, a leading housing contractor is currently in search of a competent Technical Coordinator in Essex. Building distinctive new homes across London and the South East from city Centre apartments to spacious family homes. This particular scheme will produce over 40 new homes and the successful candidate will be responsible for all Technical Management across the scheme.
As the Technical Coordinator you will be responsible for:

• To coordinate all technical information
• A working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Checking and approving drawings
• Liaising with all key stakeholders
• Attending progress meetings
• Preparing and monitoring of technical specifications

The most suitable individual will be an existing Technical or Design coordinator working for either a developer or a contractor. Job running Architects and Technologists with experience delivering residential schemes of a similar or larger scale will also be considered. It is essential that candidates are knowledgeable in both Traditional and RC-Framed methods of construction.

This role could also accommodate more junior individuals who are seeking to progress, entering the business as an Assistant with rapid progression into a more senior Technical Coordinator role.
