• Chartered Engineering qualification is essential
• Significant experience in infrastructure projects, specifically commercial road and drainage schemes
• Proficiency with engineering software such as Site 3D, Civil3D, AutoCAD, and MicroDrainage
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in work winning and business development
