About the Role

This position is designed for a seasoned Technical Project Runner who’s ready to make an impact. While based in London, you’ll manage a complex multi-residential project in Surrey, coordinating closely with a hard-nosed Irish contractor. The first three months will focus on drawing work, followed by a transition to managing the project through phone calls, emails, and bi-monthly site visits. You’ll work with a small, skilled team to ensure that every aspect of the project is handled with precision and expertise.

• Experience: Proven track record as a Technical Project Runner, whether as an Architect or Architectural Technologist, with specific experience in multi-residential projects.
