Oculus Technology Solutions have partnered exclusively with a leading MSP as we search for a dynamic and experienced Technical Operations Manager to lead their technical team and oversee service delivery.

As the Technical Operations Manager | Service Manager | Infrastructure Manager | Service Delivery Manager, you will ideally come from a strong technical background who also excels in project and people management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor a team of 4 project engineers and 6 helpdesk staff,
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing professional development opportunities for team members.
Oversee and manage the service desk and project teams, ensuring service delivery meets agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs.
Implement and optimize ITIL processes to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Act as the primary escalation point for critical issues, leading resolution efforts during major incidents.
Act as an SME for Azure, Office 365, IP Networking, Windows Server, and related technologies.
Provide hands-on support & mentorship
Support the strategic direction for the business
Be a forward facing presence and support clients with technical advice where appropriate
Excellent communication skills

This role could be based from Bristol or in Gloucester, with good flexibility to work from home or in a location that will allow you to thrive.
