Our client, a rapidly growing technology company in the financial services sector, is seeking an exceptional Director of Engineering to join their team and drive the next phase of their technological evolution.

We're looking for a technical leader with:

• Proven experience as a Director of Engineering, Head of Engineering, or CTO
• Strong background in fast-scaling technology businesses, preferably in financial services
• Deep understanding of modern software development practices and architectural patterns
• Experience with API-based application development and DevOps practices
• Strong leadership skills with a people-first approach
• Excellent communication abilities and stakeholder management experience
