Full-stack Technical Lead

Location: Central London or Crawley - 2 days a week

Salary: £90k - £110k

8 weeks working abroad per year + 25 days holiday

Fruition IT are working with a global tech organisation based in London, they are an innovative supplier of customer loyalty solutions such as products and services across: Loyalty, Lifestyle Benefits and Insurance. They are looking for a Full-stack Technical Lead to lead the design and development of complex software systems.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers
• Ensure that all software development is done to a high standard, and that it is fully tested and deployed in a secure and reliable manner
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Develop and design effective APIs

Key Skills:

• Typescript / JavaScript
• React
• Node.js
• MongoDB or PostgreSQL
• Docker/Kubernetes
• CI/CD tools i.e Jenkins/Github Actions
• Experience of working in an Agile environment
