What you’ll have (ideally) done:
- Strong background and understanding of Salesforce
- Experience leading and line-managing a team of 5-10 Salesforce developers
- Passionate about creating impact through empowering others and believe in supportive and humble leadership.
- A deep understanding of software development in a team, and a track record of shipping software on time.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about combining technical skills with management expertise
