Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Administrator to join our team.


In this role, you will support the implementation of our new HR technology, helping to build the governance, structure, and processes required to truly enable our business.


Following the implementation phase, you will continue to support and maintain these systems on an ongoing basis.


Reporting to the IT People Systems Manager, the IT HR Systems Technical Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our HR technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the implementation of a new HR System through project into BAU
  • Working closely with the 1st line P&C end user support team and providing technical / 2nd line end user support of People Systems
  • Carrying out system administration activities, producing and maintaining related process documentation
  • Monitoring and managing the integrations between the People, Payroll, Workforce Management, and other systems
  • Managing the UK&I P&C technology landscape and architecture
  • Supporting Test and Release management processes
  • Compliance with relevant IT General controls and data security standards
  • Liaising and collaborating with stakeholders, including the People & Culture (HR) department, ISS UK IT Team, ISS Group System support teams, external system providers


About You



  • Demonstrable successful experience in working on successful projects with a collaborative team effort
  • Demonstrable experience of the Employee Central/EC module on SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience of supporting SAP SuccessFactors
  • Collaborative approach to senior stakeholder management and networking
  • Co-designing system solutions with end user experience at the centre
  • Supporting and managing system integrations
  • Understanding of Data Management principles and best practices
  • GDPR and Data Governance policies and standards
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent active listening, verbal, written, presentation, communication, influencing and people skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-changing environment and execute with urgency, while maintaining the ability to apply sound judgement.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and business acumen.


It would be advantageous if you also have previous experience of:


  • ServiceNow, Jira or similar case management tools / products
  • DocuSign / Opentext or similar document management solutions
  • Reporting and Data Extraction/Manipulation Tools
  • Interface design and technology options
  • System implementations and data migration
