Job Description

As a seasoned Technical Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our gaming operations. Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Leadership: Oversee and contribute to the development of cutting-edge TypeScript/React frontend solutions and Golang/C# backend services.
• Technical Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge of Golang, TypeScript, C#, and React to drive innovation and excellence in our products.
• Project Management: Manage a diverse range of new feature projects, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals.
• Team Development: Mentor and coach a talented team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to optimise workflows, enhance productivity, and streamline processes across the company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar leadership role.
• Expertise in Golang, TypeScript, C#, and React.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Driven, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve.
