THE ROLE - Heat Pump Technical Support Engineer
Identify technical issues and provide solutions as the first level of escalation after the call centre and service partners.
Provide on-site field support.
Provide support with commissioning on site
Support customers during the pre commissioning site visit

THE PERSON - Heat Pump Technical Support Engineer
We're seeking an engineer with a strong working knowledge of Air Source Heat Pumps, principally into the domestic and residential sectors.
Previous experience could include install or service engineer
Comfortable in spending part of the week working from home.
