Join this renowned Trading Platform Vendor where you'll work closely with investment firms ensuring they’re getting the absolute best service, acting in their best interests.

You’ll need to understand client needs and how the technology will help them. This will include speaking with the engineering teams, assessing customer needs and advising on solutions and/or upgrades, then manage the software releases and client integrations. You’ll also address product-related queries via calls, emails, and support tickets.

In terms of your experience, ideally, you’ll come from a small to medium organisation, be familiar with SQL, and have managed middle office software product releases and integrations.

Most importantly, you’ll need to be down to Earth, approachable, and enjoy working with various types of technology. You're the face of the business here so communication skills are crucial for developing strong relationships with clients.

The future is looking good, with multiple avenues to venture down, there’s great room for progression here. Some people have even seen an opportunity to create their own role.

You’ll have a very flexible day whereby you have the freedom to arrange your day to best suit you whether that be starting early so that you can have a break to do a school run or that you prefer a later start for productivity as long as you’re making an impact and still able to align client meetings it’s up to you. There will be times you’ll be on client site being the face of the business for the clients as well as times you'll get to utilise remote working.
