Technical Services Manager - PFI Schools

Technical Services Manager - PFI Schools - 45k - Oldham and Rochdale. Car / allowance and bonus. URGENT ROLE!

Based at a school in Oldham with further responsibility for 3 schools in Rochdale, you will be responsible for the technical performance and maintenance of standards within the contract with overarching responsibility for compliance and quality of documentation.

With over 12 years left on the contract, you will also support with the management of a mobile team of 6 engineers, supervisors and caretaking staff carrying out reactive and planned maintenance and oversee any subcontractors that are present on site.

You will keep up to date accurate asset management, supporting lifecycle with any requirements, while managing any statutory inspections to ensure contract compliance.
