Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of Technical Managers and Supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and statutory regulations.
• Manage maintenance services across mechanical, electrical, and building fabric areas.
• Act as the main liaison between clients and technical teams.
• Support the development and training of technical staff.

Qualifications:

• ONC/C&G or equivalent in mechanical/electrical/building engineering.
• Proven management experience in Hard FM teams.
• Strong knowledge of HTMs/HBNs, British Standards, and Health & Safety.
