Director (Structural Engineering/Design) - Engineering Consultancy- London, £120,000 + package

Our client is an established engineering consultancy with offices across the UK, in a period of growth and renewal, who are supported by a well-regarded specialist contractor.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to spearhead ambitious growth initiatives across the UK and global markets within engineering design, focusing on technically complex Buildings and High-rise projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the structural engineering or related industry.

Demonstrated success in business development and market expansion, particularly in the UK.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Commitment to sustainability, innovation, and excellence in engineering.

Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team towards achieving ambitious goals.

Relevant technical/structural Degree, and professional membership.
