M365 - Head of Systems Engineering - Identity - PERM - £110k + Benefits + bonus

TrinIT Talent are looking for a Head of Systems Engineering to join our customers team based in Hertfordshire 3 days a week. This is a permanent position paying up to £110,000 depending on experience.

Job Description:-

Our client are looking for a an experienced head of systems engineering focussing on M365 Identity & Collaboration. The successful candidate will need to have managed teams in this space, be very hands on from a technical perspective across the M365 Identity and Collaboration suite including Gen AI (CoPilot). You will need to engineer solutions, manage team members and face off to the c-suite for technical road maps in this arena as well as making sure the enterprise estate is all running as smoothly as possible.

Exceptional benefits available up to 45% bonus and up to 10% matched pension contributions amongst others

Key skills:-

• Head of Systems Engineering - must have been in a tech leadership role before
• Managing up to 16 team members across the globe
• Teams, Identity, Active Directory, CoPilot, O365, SharePoint, Data, PKI and MS Licensing
• Must be able to oversea a technical area in an enterprise environment specifically in M365 Identity & Collab
• Improve the standard of the engineers in your team with training, performance reviews and leading by example
• Have to be very hands on technically in as many of the above areas as possible
• Strong communication skills
