Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the gathering, understanding, documentation, and translation of business needs into detailed user stories, processes, and wireframes with clear acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with the COO and Solutions Directors to manage and prioritise the backlog, ensuring visibility, transparency, and alignment with the development team's goals.
- Oversee the implementation of client solutions, from process mapping to technical delivery, ensuring smooth transitions for both suppliers and clients.
- Gather and prioritise client and supplier feedback, identifying key enhancements for development and improvement.
- Work across departments to assist the Partnership Director with identifying and implementing customer journey enhancements through third-party integrations.
- Contribute to product lifecycle planning, working with various teams to align workstreams and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Analyse issues, identify solutions and prioritise fixes to improve product and operational outcomes.
- Collaborate with development teams to define priorities, estimate deliverables, and ensure projects stay on track.
- Support development and QA teams to ensure that user stories are well-understood and rigorous testing plans are in place.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and customer signoff to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.
- Manage issue resolution during the development lifecycle, ensuring that process improvements or applications are implemented without compromising quality.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with a positive and proactive approach.
- Solid understanding of mobile apps (hybrid vs. native) and their integration with backend systems.
- Proven experience in product ownership and delivery management, particularly with mobile app or website ownership.
- Ability to lead conversations with business sponsors, technical architects, operations, and implementation partners.
- Experience managing resources across a matrix organisation.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities to influence and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in managing and influencing external suppliers.
- Ability to transform data into actionable insights and prioritise solutions that maximise value.
- Familiarity with the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from solution construction to supplier rollout.
- A proactive approach to identifying constraints and implementing effective changes.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering quality outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
