Technical Coordinator
Location: Chelmsford
Salary: Up to 290/Day
Renowned for creating award winning homes that exceeds expectations, my client is looking for a Technical Coordinator to join the business on a 3-6 month temp cover. You will be working on a traditional build housing scheme in Essex consisting of 150 units.
Role
This role is best suited to an experienced technical coordinator who will:
- Deal with enquiries
- Report progress to clients
- Oversee the technical aspects of the site whilst managing a team of consultants to make sure they deliver satisfactory drawings and engineering packages on site
- Work closely with the build team to make sure the development is completed on time
- Do detailed design for the project
- Be the sole TC on site
Candidate
Candidates applying to this role must:
- Have experience working as a technical coordinator for a housebuilder
- Have excellent communication skills, with the necessity to liaise with internal staff and external bodies
- Experienced working as a sole TC on a traditional build scheme
- Be able to solve technical issues efficiently and effectively
- Have good time management and the ability to adhere to deadlines
