Do you have proven Mechanical knowledge which you are able to implement?

MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading FMCG Business on the search for a Engineering Team Leader. This is a perm role based in Livingston.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the team in working towards maximum OEE capacity
• Ensure the completion of planned maintenance documents and CMMS input
• Support, motivate, develop, and coach the team
• Recognise and reward performance, and drive robust individual training plans
• Lead the shift engineering team to continuously improve plant reliability
• Follow and maintain site principles

What are we looking for?

• FMCG experience
• HNC (or above) in an Engineering discipline
• Continuous Improvement qualified (LEAN), or proven experience
• CMMS experience

Shift work.

Salary up to £60,000
