Retrofit Technical Manager

Our client is an award winner working within the built environment, with projects UK Wide. This is an opportunity to work as part of the Business Improvement & Decarbonisation team.

Competitive Salary

Monday to Friday - Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the successful delivery of technical services by the Decarbonisation Team
• Make decisions on specific projects and activities to ensure successful completion
• Prepare technical proposals, provide regular reports and updates
• Analysis of housing stock data
• Prepare to work in various locations around the UK and attend site when required
• To liaise with stakeholders throughout the business

Qualifications:

• Hold a relevant qualification related to energy performance of buildings
• Excellent analytical skills, able to review data quickly and accurately
• Experience of social housing sector
• Experience of delivery of energy efficiency/decarbonisation programmes
• Excellent communicator, data driven, excellent at collaboration
• Computer literate
• Valid driving licence
