Our Egham based client is recruiting an Administrator to join their team. This is a varied role, supporting the Sales, dispatch and invoicing teams. Salary up to 25,500, 25 days holiday, life cover and healthcare plan.
Key Accountabilities:
- Data entry and cleaning in SAGE 200 our ERP software
- Flexible office administration as required i.e. answering the telephone, helping field engineers where possible, supporting contracts team and customer queries to the best of your ability.
- Prepare quotes and process small parts orders from customers and issue invoices.
- Process sales orders from contracts managers (register order, create quote where required, complete order acknowledgement, issue delivery note and invoice
- Processing service and maintenance cases on Sicon
- Processing RMAs (Returned for repair, warranty, or service)
- Book out stock against contracts where applicable and assist with stock keeping precision
- Investigate queries from customers through to resolution
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:45 - 17:15 with a 4pm finish on Fridays.
Due to the location, your own transport is essential.
