Job Description: As a D365 CE Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. You will work closely with our business analysts and project managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize D365 CE applications to meet business needs.
• Integrate D365 CE with other systems and applications.
• Create and maintain custom workflows, plugins, and scripts.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for D365 CE issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest D365 CE features and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a D365 CE Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
