You will be an Identity Access Management (IAM) Assistant Manager within the Cyber Security team delivering high quality work to clients in the IAM domain. You should expect to be involved in a wide range of challenging engagements, from IAM strategy definition and IAM control reviews, to large scale IAM transformations.


If you are enthusiastic to take on complex IAM problems, find creative ways to resolve them using a combination of processes and technology and help our clients manage their IAM risk, then you are the type of person we are looking for.


Our clients are under increasing regulatory scrutiny, continually battling a rapidly changing cyber threat while harnessing the opportunities offered by digital services.


As an Assistant Manager, we expect you to support on challenging and complex engagements. You will aim to understand the business issues and support in translating IAM and cyber security issues into straightforward, credible, jargon free advice to our clients; and delivering the support they require.


What will you be doing?

  • IAM project work-streams from inception through to final delivery.
  • subject matter expertise on IAM controls.
  • support in developing strategies, roadmaps and implementation plans for multiple IAM domains.
  • specialist knowledge on IAM tooling, and their integration with client IT systems.
  • clearly with clients and with stakeholders at all levels of the business.


What will you need to do it?

  • experience of IAM requirements gathering; and strategy and design development.
  • experience of managing and delivering aspects of IAM projects.
  • experience of implementing one or more of the following IAM solutions: Sailpoint, CyberArk, OneIdentity, Okta, BeyondTust and Microsoft Entra ID
  • to interpret enterprise scale user data, generate insights and construct solutions.
  • communicator with the ability to build strong and lasting internal and client relationships.
  • be eligible for SC clearance.


Skills we’d love to see/Amazing Extras:

  • Prior client facing consulting experience.
  • PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills; Visio and SQL skills desirable but not essential.
