Technical Delivery Manager

My client is a growing, forward-thinking business that believes in having fun while getting the job done and they're looking for a talented Technical Delivery Manager who will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards, while driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

This is a hybrid role that would see you working from their Stoke based office three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate project teams through all phases, from planning to service transition.
• Ensure technical solutions align with business strategies and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, risks, and resources.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Support Agile ceremonies and foster team collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project management within Defence or National Security sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering tech projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Eligible for UK Security Check (SC) clearance, with potential for Developed Vetting (DV).
