  • IT Systems & Software: Maintain and update site software systems, including project management tools, databases, and digital platforms. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize on-site meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items to ensure follow-up.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and local authorities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical administration, preferably in the energy sector (renewables or traditional). Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of technical documentation and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and site plans. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact with technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time-management and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
